For substantial quantities of tires slated for return, kindly reach out via phone or email. Our dedicated Customer Service Representative will promptly get in touch with you to provide assistance.

For all returns, ensure that the tires are new, clean, retain their manufacturer’s stickers, have not been mounted or road-driven, and undergo inspection before the return process.

Please Note: TruNorth Tire Drivers are unable to collect tires until a Return Authorization Memo (RAM) has been generated. Once your return request is submitted, a Customer Service Representative will carefully review your application and furnish you with the necessary RAM.
